COMMON QUESTIONS
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes. We sign an NDA whenever a client asks, before any files are shared. Your design, files and mold stay yours.
Can I visit the factory?+
Yes. We welcome factory visits. Contact us to schedule a time and we'll arrange everything.
What if there's a quality issue?+
We re-make or refund. Every order is inspected before it ships, so issues are rare — but if one slips through, we fix it.
Do you keep my mold after production?+
Molds are stored for 2 years in case you reorder. If you prefer, we destroy them on request.
Can you handle rush orders?+
Yes. Rush production is available. Tell us your deadline and we'll confirm whether we can hit it before you commit.
