One Batch, 20,000 Pieces
The client needed a single production run of 20,000 keychains — not a split order across multiple months.
A high-volume brand keychain run built around a fixed launch date. The metal body, backing card and retail packaging all had to arrive as one coordinated set — without splitting the batch or pushing the deadline.

The client already had the brand artwork and a launch date. What they needed was a manufacturer who could take a 20,000-piece run through tooling, production and packaging inside an 18-day window — with every component arriving as one finished set.
The client needed a single production run of 20,000 keychains — not a split order across multiple months.
Tooling to delivery had to fit inside 18 days. The launch date behind the order could not move.
Metal body, printed backing card and retail packaging had to arrive as one matched, ready-to-use set.
Two constraints shaped every decision: an 18-day production window, and 20,000 pieces of daily handling.
The design had to survive both constraints at once. Proportions, hardware and finish were all resolved before tooling began — so nothing had to be reworked once production was already running.
Proportions were adjusted before tooling so the logo remains clear once the artwork is translated from screen to metal.
Ring style and attachment point are planned together, so the keychain balances correctly when carried.
Polished raised areas and antique recesses separate the layers without adding visual noise.
The 18-day window was broken into five scheduled checkpoints. Each one had a fixed date, and each was signed off before the next stage began — so nothing slipped into the final week.
Artwork review, hardware confirmation and mold preparation.
Physical sample signed off on finish, color and hardware.
Die-casting, plating and finishing across the full batch.
Backing cards printed and keychains mounted in parallel.
Cartons prepared and shipped to the destination.

The full batch shipped as one coordinated set: metal keychain, printed backing card and retail packaging, all matched and packed to the client's launch schedule. No late shipments. No card mismatches. No split deliveries.
"We had a fixed launch date and no room to split the order. What mattered was that all 20,000 pieces arrived as one set, on one day, with nothing left to assemble on our side."
